An invitation to return

You do not have to become someone new.

The Embodied Homecoming is an invitation to come back into relationship with yourself — gently, honestly and without pressure to perform.

This journey begins with rest, deepens through remembrance and opens into the possibility of living with greater alignment, agency and aliveness.

You can enter slowly. You can pause. You can return. There is no perfect pace and no single right way through.

The journey

Three experiences. One unfolding return to yourself.

Each experience offers a different place to begin — or return to — as you move at your own pace.

Stage One

Rest

Radical Rest

Begin by making space to pause. Radical Rest offers gentle nervous system education, reflective practices and supportive ways to listen to your body without turning rest into another task to complete.

Stage Two

Remember

Rest. Remember. Rise.

Move from rest into remembrance. This experience supports you in reconnecting with your inner knowing, the parts of yourself that have been quieted and the life that wants to move through you.

Stage Three

Rise

I AM — Anchored. Aligned. Alive.

Continue into a deeper practice of staying with yourself. I AM explores what it means to feel anchored in your body, aligned with what matters and alive inside the life you are creating.

Begin where you are

You do not have to take the entire journey at once.

Radical Rest is the open doorway into The Embodied Homecoming. Begin there now, or join The Circle to receive reflections, practices and news as the next experiences are created.

The invitation is not to rush forward. It is to notice what feels supportive now.

Hi, I'm Jodi.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, integrative bodyworker, yoga teacher and author whose work lives at the intersection of body, nervous system and story.

My work is rooted in the belief that people do not need to be fixed. We need enough safety, space and compassionate awareness to hear ourselves again — and to trust what we hear.
