This work is personal.

I did not arrive at this work through theory alone.

My understanding has been shaped by my own experiences — of disconnection, of survival, of learning to rest, of slowly remembering how to listen to my body when it had been easier, for a long time, not to.

I know what it is to become so accustomed to carrying, adapting, and continuing that you lose contact with your own voice. I also know that returning does not happen through force. It happens slowly — through safety, attention, honesty, and the willingness to stay.

That knowing is the ground beneath everything I offer.

The path that brought me here.

My work brings together nervous-system awareness, body-oriented practice, attentive presence, reflective inquiry, and a deep respect for lived experience.

  • Yoga Teacher
Bringing a somatic lens to movement and breath, with an emphasis on listening over performing.

I do not believe you need to be fixed.

My work is not about forcing regulation, performing wellness, or becoming an improved version of yourself. It is about something quieter and more fundamental than that.

I believe the body carries wisdom, even when its responses are uncomfortable or difficult to understand.

I believe listening is participation — and one of the greatest gifts we can offer another person.

I believe belonging should not depend on how much you share, contribute, achieve, or perform.

I believe meaningful change becomes possible when we have enough safety and space to hear ourselves again.

What it feels like to work with me.

Sessions with me are warm and relational. There is no agenda to perform, no level of disclosure required, no outcome you must achieve to be worthy of support.

My approach is:

  • Collaborative and consent-based — you remain the authority on your own experience, always.

  • Attentive to the body and nervous system — we follow what is present, not what I think should be there.

  • Gently paced — we move at the speed of safety, not the speed of productivity.

  • Curious rather than prescriptive — I bring questions, not conclusions.

  • Respectful of silence — stillness is not emptiness. It is often where the most important things happen.

You do not need to arrive with the right words. You do not need to know what is wrong. You only need to arrive.

Writing is another way I listen.

I write personal letters, somatic reflections, nervous-system education, and body-based practices — through my journal and through my books.

My writing is not instruction from above. It is companionship. It is the kind of writing I wished I had found when I was still learning that slowing down was not a failure.

If you are looking for a quieter corner of the internet — a place where the pace is different and the words are honest — I hope you'll find it here.

Beyond the roles.

I am still learning, remembering, and becoming too. I am not standing at the end of the path calling you forward. I am walking beside you — with training, experience, presence, and a deep respect for the wisdom you already carry.

You already know the way.

My work is simply to help create enough space for you to hear it.
