ABOUT SIMPLE GRACE

I’m Jodi Frances, the hands and heart behind Simple Grace.

Simple Grace is a space for slowing down — for nervous systems that are tired of holding everything together, and bodies that are asking for care without performance or pressure. My work is rooted in gentle, intentional bodywork that supports regulation, rest, and reconnection.

Each session is offered as a quiet ritual. A place to soften, to be met with attuned touch, and to let the body settle in its own time. Rather than fixing or forcing, I listen — allowing the body to guide the pace and depth of the work.

My intention is simple:
to help you feel more at home in your body, more grounded in yourself, and more supported in carrying that sense of ease back into your life.

Here, care is unhurried.
Presence matters.
And simplicity becomes a form of healing.

My Approach

My work is grounded in simplicity, safety, and attuned presence. Rather than following a fixed protocol, each session meets you where you are - honoring your body’s pace, capacity, and needs in the moment.

  • Somatic, Body-Centered Care
Inspired by somatic approaches to healing, this work supports the release of held stress and invites a deeper sense of connection and inner safety through awareness and touch.

  • Restorative Bodywork
A blend of Thai massage, facial massage, Indian head massage, and other grounding modalities offered as quiet rituals for rest, release, and nervous system settling.

  • Nervous System Support
Simple education, breath awareness, and grounding practices woven in when helpful — offering tools you can carry with you beyond the session.

Author & Educator

In addition to my hands-on work, I am the author of two books available on Amazon:

  • Embodied Healing: Essentials of Nervous System Health Through Somatic Therapy

  • Somatic Parenting Guide: Tools for Raising Resilient Kids

Both reflect my passion for making nervous system health accessible, practical, and life-changing — whether you’re working one-on-one with me or exploring on your own.
